Why would anyone tip if they have complaints? People are either happy with what they get, so they tip and/or provide compliments, or they're unhappy, so they don't tip and/or complain. Or do Russians give people money when unhappy with their performance? Oh wait, all we have to do is look at how happy you all are with Putin. Of course you give people money when you're unhappy with them, but Chaturbate isn't a Russian business.
Expecting models (or anyone) do to their job isn't being moronic or a cunt. In capitalism, the marketplace is always right and it's our job as the ones who have all the money that business operators and employees (models) want from us to tell them what it is that we expect of them. It's called 'market demand' and without knowing what the market demands, no business can be successful.
In capitalism, unlike in the former USSR where these studios and models are from, the people have all the power because we have all the money. The marketplace demands whatever it demands, like nudity and doing "doggie" properly, which can never be done in a chair. I've never even logged in when in a coy model's room, but I was tempted to yesterday when two of them, one after the other, did "show ass" when their goals had stated "doggie."
"Show ass" is when someone turns around and shows their ass. It happens on Instagram and beaches where I live, free of charge. "Doggie" refers to a position for sexual intercourse. In "doggie" poses, the model must be on her her elbows, at minimum, or preferably with her shoulders on the bed (or floor), ass in the air, and her knees and feet must be spread apart so we can get in behind her to fuck her. That's what "doggie" refers too -- fucking, not "show ass."
These models need to be told how badly they fuck everything up, but we need to chew out the Neanderthals running the studio even more. As usual, the cowards running the business are hiding, so the models take the shit because they're doing all the customer relations. Everyone working in retail always has my sympathy for this defect in business owners who always hide behind other people.
And that did seem to be where this was going, for a second or two. Is it really the Neanderthals running the studio who fuck everything up so unbelievably? Or are the models doing it on their own? Or is it, as seems to be the case from models who leave the studio and still fuck everything up unbelievably, some of both?
If these clueless coy models were working in cafés and they decided that they didn't want to serve coffee but they'd instead serve Coca Cola because they like that better... everyone would complain (other than Soviet men who seem to just take whatever they get), everyone would be within their rights not to pay for Coca Cola when they expected coffee due to being at a café, and then the coy models would be reminded of where they work and what customers expect. Coca Cola may be brown and could even be poured into a coffee mug, but it's not coffee and if coffee is what's expected, no one pays or refunds are demanded and complaints are filed when coffee isn't served.
What kind of backwards mentality says that you only complain if you tip? It's typical Russian.
No one tips if they're unhappy with the show. Why would anyone tip these models when we don't like what they do? And how would they ever improve so that we do tip them in the future? Are they supposed to read everyone's minds? Why would that be when we can type to them to tell them what we were unhappy about?
I operate my own software development and consulting business and it would be nowhere without all the feedback and criticism, much of it quite harsh, I've received (for free) over the years. Everyone in any business needs honest feedback and constructive criticism from customers -- especially if they don't pay because they don't like the product.
It's nice to hear, "Love your software!" (or "you're a perfect goddess who does everything perfectly!") but the money I get paid by happy customers says that pretty clearly. I need to know when people don't buy my software just what they didn't like or understand about it, so I can work on those areas and improve my product. Then, I increase my sales as is the usual point of being in business.
When a business operator or employee fucks up so badly that potential customers feel that they're owe money to compensate them for the time of ours they wasted, we can just storm out of the business (room) without saying a word. But then how would the business ever improve anything? It never would and we'd be to blame for that, for never telling anyone what we're unhappy about. The considerate and logical thing to do when unhappy with any business performance is a) don't pay (or demand a refund). Never reward unwanted behavior or you get more of it; b) tell them why you didn't pay (or demanded a refund).
Or, they'll just keep fucking everything up and then they can also keep putting up with long periods of no tips and lots of complaints because that's just simple business around capitalism, which Russians don't seem to know anything about.
