Apparantly there's this belief that this studio is based on Belarus. I can confirm I'm extremely sure it's actually based in St. Petersburg, Russia. I'm not certain but I know an ex model who I tracked and have spoken with who worked there for a time and she was definatly from St. Petersburg.
