When you create an account on camshowhub.to it gives you a bunch of links to where you can buy BitCoins and YouTube videos explaining the process of BitCoin: how it works etc.
This is what I did...
Go to Bitcoin.com
I created an account & wallet and bought Bitcoin for camshowhub. You can install the Bitcoin app on your phone to help you get the Bitcoin. Be aware though the user interface on the BitCoin app was pretty poor when I used it and it didn't update immediately, so for 5 - 10 minutes after I bought the BitCoins I was left thinking "okay, where are the coins?!?", but after repeated refreshing and restarting the balance showed up.
I did it this way: created an account & wallet with Bitcoin.com, which gives you a BitCoin address.
So now on my phone, I open the app and I can see that I have US$7.30 in BitCoin Core.
When I had the BitCoins in my BitCoin wallet I then transferred BitCoins from the BitCoin address in my BitCoin wallet to my BitCoin Address given to me by Camshowhub.to when I created an account with them.
I actually think I could have cut out the middle man, bought the BitCoins and sent them straight to the BitCoin address given to me by Camshowhub.to. I used a credit card to get the BitCoins, so I don't know if you can use PayPal.

Price per GB: ₿0.00001935 (Bitcoin [BTC]) $0.20 (USD)
In December I transferred $20.00 to my Camshowhub.to wallet and my quota to download was 100Gb.
