It would of course be a small upfront investment. You are already making some money off of this site and if you run a video hub site and this site parrallel you will be able to double dip the ad revenue.
You have a big advantage when i comes to promoting something new with this site already in place and the slow decline of CW.
But if you wait too long this platform will obviously go away as CW dies.
I am not saying you should do it if you have no interest in doing it. But I think you have the skill and the potential to make a better replacement happen compared to all the other thousands of rip-off porntube sites that offer nothing special but still make a profit.
Maybe you could start by using multiple temporary file hosts like the ones you are using currently then move to a permanent file host if things go well.
