it re-encodes the video and you can't download the original video (i uploaded a 60mb video and it reduced it to 8mb) so it reduces the quality a lot

I agree, everything is spoiled by reencoding, which is not needed at all for a 480p video uploaded in an mp4 container.
Probably worth trying (creating an account) some other hosting from the list.

agreed don't use filehost that re-encode videos nobody like low quality videos

But for that without registration. Are there any more file hosting providers without registration but without reducing the resolution and where porn content is allowed?
