like 1,3,5 years

Yes, this is the problem. The admin of cw is an absolutely fool which has no plan how to run a page. The site has very often problems which are either not solved at all, sporadically or need very long time... It also took him years to make the private videos reasonably safe.
Unfortunately there is no other page with that big community...
Support... hahaha...
If the owner of cw would be like the one of this page it would be perfect.
2023-11-21 2:39Anyone else getting the HTML5 error on all videos newer than 4 months old? Been getting it for around two weeks now. Even latest uploads are doing it.
Tried different browsers and turning off adblock but nothing works.Download browsers like PaleMoon or SeaMonkey they are still using flash player so it works with videos with html error but might not work on videos that are from a couple of years ago.
If the videos are very old they are lost on a server they had so forget about them ....

I had this problem also on the most recent uploads. I discovered that my antivirus software (Total AV) has a feature called WebShield that had been inadvertantly enabled, and that was blocking my browser from accessing the embedded url of the vid and thus the html5 - vid not found error. I disabled WebShield and the problem was solved for the more recent uploads.
As another poster noted, there were server crashes about 2-3 years ago. HTML5 errors for vids in that timeframe are probably valid since those vids were likely lost forever.2023-11-21 21:37i open the videos in opera. bye bye that problem for me in Opera
