Trying to donate to download videos over 1gb

I'm trying to donate to the bot to be able to download files over 1gb, but whatever I do my bitcoin app doesnt want to scan the qr code nor does it recognize the wallet when I try and copy it in manually.

What am I doing wrong? Oh and whats the recommended donation amount ?

EDIT 28/04/2020: I know why, the generated wallet that I need to send the bitcoins to starts with bc1 (Segwit Format) and Bitcoin.com Wallet doesn't support segwit addresses, what a bummer.

I don’t know what to advise, other people didn’t have problems and I haven’t made any changes in Btcpay settings for a long time.
Maybe the problem is that you tried to donate 1 cent first, and today 5 cents..

It must be the Bitcoin.com Wallet then. I do it as I would normally do, but what ever I try the address is always invalid.
