So, i just make 30fps videos in to 60fps with drawing intermediate frames and some color grading and stuff. There's lags sometimes because of shitty internet and software can't just skip those frames. Or may be i should find some tutorials how to cut them automatically. Maybe in the future. i'm not video guy, just playing around.
And looks like only "gounlimited" keep 60fps and bitrate, and "onlystream" with "verystream" cuts fps and bitrate as shit. Will use them just for people who don't care about fps, but care about download speed. So keep that in mind.
