Two General CB Questions

I have two questions which I'm curious about. Hopefully, they can get answered here:

1. Why do a large percentage (most?) of CB models opt for reverse images on their camera? I know it's intentional because on a few occasions, I've seen them "un-reverse" in a few seconds (like to show something written on their cellphone), after which they'll switch it back to reverse mode.

2. I understand that a CB model can block access to their home country (for example, Germany) by checking the appropriate box in her settings. But if I am in Germany and use a VPN with a server in say, France, does it bypass the blocking feature and allow me to see her?

1. By reverse image, you mean horizontal flipping ? If yes, this is because it's more convenient for a model to watch herself in the cam feedback this way.

2. Blocking is based only on your IP address location (country). It means that if you are using a VPN with a server in France, you will likely have a french IP address. Therefore it will indeed bypass the blocking feature.

Thanks Devloop for responding. Could you please clarify what you meant in #1 by "cam feedback" and why it's easier for a model to watch herself if it's in "horizontal flipping" mode?

Funny CB story:

I was using a VPN for Florida one time and noticed that I couldn't see a specific Colombian model, so I asked her about it. She said, "My father lives in Florida and I don't want him to see me." Hahahaha.
