  OBS didnt record a recent Club SHow or Skype that I was trying to record. Is there anyway to recover it from my computer?

  Yes depending on how OBS crashed, it sometimes keeps a file in your recordings or temporary folder (C:\Users\*Your User Name*\AppData\Local\Temp) that you can partially or fully recover using tools such as VLC media player or ffmpeg.
  
  Note that this file may have been deleted by your operating system, or when you restarted OBS or rebooted your computer.
