How to post reply to request properly?

Hi guys. I wondered how do you format your message when you've got a video someone requested? (see the screenshot)

Are there built-in tools or do you format like this by hand?

If you click on the reply button of the according request post you get te quoted message in your editor.

It's generating a link to the original post which users can reach by clicking the green arrow.

It looks a bit different, but basically the same functions.
