not totally out of the question but highly unlikely. while some girls may do this on their own for the money, the vast majority - even if doing nude shows find a distinct difference between camshows and prostitution (even if we think it's not a big stretch, it is) and would never willingly fully prostitute themselves themselves - regardless if some users think being a camgirl is a form of prostitution (i leave that to your own opinion). sure, maybe some studios that have certain connections or manipulate girls may do this (and these would undoubtedly be not well known or reputable studios), but it's still highly unlikely. If it's a well known girl or studio, i would wager it's purely rumor, or the girl has decided on her own to partake in such activities
