kind of, but not really. It would take a bit for someone to sue you over content. DMCA takedowns can happen, but there is no penalty to you, just the content is taken down.

Not likely. If what you have is particularly rare and can be traced back to you, then the model may ban you or something. But that would require some leaps and bounds for them to both find it, then trace it back to YOU
It's generally safe, but I would avoid showing any screen name, using any emails that have been used on sites, or posting anything that is too rare
