It's a Ukranian Strela-10 and it's from 2014. It's being spread by fake news and idiots on social media as being current. It's not. So many fakes already disproven. They are using old videos, old photos, video game footage, and even movie clips claiming it's happening in Ukraine right now. Question everything.

No, actually only a tiny fraction are in kiev. Virtually every sizable Ukrainian city has multiple studios, some of the cities have a population of studios that would blow your mind.
