Fairly easy
Close browser, clear cookies, connect to VPN and create another account on Jasmin. Then repeat the process after ban.
This is how I do it on widestream sukas.

They do it immediately, they even create adhoc names, it must be something else.

Creating a new account on LJ is very easy. It takes literally 1 minute, since you can have an unlimited number of accounts linked to the same mail address without having to buy anything
